TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Terms
A deposit payment of 25% is required
to secure a charter booking and must be paid to Peace
At Sea within 7 days of returning the booking form.
The outstanding balance of the charter
fee will be paid by cleared cheque or bank transfer
to M.S. Everington on the day of the charter event.
A supplementary fee may be required by Peace
At Sea and paid by the client at the end of the
charter day. The supplementary fee will cover the cost
of additional items requested during the day e.g. additional
beverage.
Sea Events reserve the right to cancel
and/or reschedule an event due to adverse weather conditions
or other circumstances beyond our control. Under these
conditions the deposit will be fully refunded.
In the event of any cancellation
made other than by Sea Events, written notice of 31
days is required from the date of confirmation. In
such circumstances an alternative date for the charter
will be offered by Sea Events. In any event the deposit
will remain witheld.
Medical Conditions
Peace
At Sea must be notified in advance of any persons suffering
with a medical condition or under medication. Peace
At Sea
cannot be held responsible should such persons travel
on a charter event.
Deck Clothing Please be advised that NO stiletto or hard sole shoes
are to be worn whilst on board the boat. A weather proof
jacket would be advisable in the event of changing weather
conditions. |
